Meeting Times and Dates.
TCPA meets the second Wednesday at each month at the Rochester Township Hall. The meetings start at 7:00 pm , except during the months spanning December thru March, when the board meets at 1:00 pm.
The executive board, which is comprised of a representative from each of the town boards, meets on a monthly basis to implement the goals of the organization. The concept is to keep local people making local decisions.
